CARE Programme - National Cohort funded places
Due to the level of demand, the National Association of Primary Care are running a national cohort for CARE starting in January 2024 which will be open to all Integrated Care Systems.
South Yorkshire have been offered 2 places on the programme, which is being funded and supported by NHSE, therefore, at no cost to the ICS.
Participants can be from primary, social or community care and from any discipline, clinical and non-clinical. Currently attendees for the CARE programme are nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, GPs, social prescribers, care navigators, community nurses, practice managers, care home managers, dental and optometry staff.
